I saw the Horned Lark at 2:45 pm this afternoon. It was in the exact area that Larry originally described on 384th St. Thanks Larry for the directions and thanks to everyone else too for the pictures that were posted. It helped to see how the bird looked standing in all that dirt and not just relying on the field guide! It's a lifer for me and what a treat to finally be able to go to one of these huge fields and actually find and see such a special bird that had been reported.
