I had a similar experience as Toe birding the same areas except it wasn't that Hot at 7am. I hit Lucky hammock before 7am and the mosquitoes were horrible. There wasn't much there to see except a few White-eyed, Red-eyed Vireos, Great Crested Flycatchers and BG Gnatcatchers.
I then went to the AG fields and ran into Carl Edwards who was looking for the Uplands. We found several along with the same list as Toe posted.
I also went to Cutler Wetland and was please to find 14 different shore birds and plenty of gulls to search through.
I'm still waiting for a Ruff, a Sharp-tailed or some other nice rarity.
