I just realized I forgot to inlcude Stilt Sandpiper on the list. Now that I take a look, it was a nice shorebird afternoon with 14 species. Bring on the sod farms! Here's the updated list from yesterday:

Semipalmated Plover (many)
Killdeer (few)
American Avocet
Black-necked Stilt (~10)
Greater Yellowlegs (1/2 dozen)
Lesser Yellowlegs (~10)
Solitary Sandpiper (by itself)
Spotted Sandpiper
Short-billed Dowitcher (~12)
Pectoral Sandpiper
Stilt Sandpiper (~1/2 dozen)
Western Sandpiper
Semipalmated Sandpiper (~30, maybe more)
Least Sandpiper (many)
