As we were leaving work a White-crowned Pigeon flew over our heads going North while walking to the parking garage. This is the furthest North we have observed WCPI, before today our northernmost sighting would have been AD Barnes. Pretty cool! I wonder what is the furthest north they have been seen?
When we arrived home a Common Nighthawk took off and flew right pass us providing killer looks. There was plenty of light out since it only was 6:00pm so we got to see things we have never seen on a Common Nighthawk before. Incredible!
Nature is Awesome
