Probably to the hypersaline mud flat within the FPL property. The site is way off limits to the public. I was there last year doing a site assessment, and some in our group saw a Flamingo, probably the one that was hanging out at Cutler Wetlands. I didn't see it, but did see Long-billed Curlew and Whimbrel. I'm sure if we could monitor that location, we'd see Flamingoes there on a regular basis, plus who knows what.
