I think your bird is a First Year mostly Basic Plumage Short-billed Dowitcher.
Several things make me think so...
1. Slightly Decurved Bill
2. Steep Forehead
3. pronounced arched Supercilium
4. Wide Supercilium
5. Head on shot - Supercilium forms a tapered "V"
6. Lack of a Hump backed appearance
7. Pale Chin and Throat
It would be easier to ID the bird in the field than with photos. The link is to a page with a study on IDing Dowitchers.
