I observed this American Saltwater Crocodile for 40 minutes as it inched closer to 2 Common Moorhens. It gradually sank under, only to come up 10 feet away (and closer to the moorhens). This time, it only had its eyes and nostrils above water. The moorhens seemed to sense something wasn't right and acted, well, like chickens. Two days later the moorhen count was still at two.
