A short walk inside the lighthouse area where I was working this morning produced 9 warbler species, a Baltimore oriole, one or two merlins, and an exotic glossy-starling (Lamprotornis sp., but not a superb starling). Cape Mays, Blackpolls and Redstarts seemed the most commonly seen species, with Black-throated Blue, Black-and-white, Common Yellowthroat, Prairie, Northern Waterthrush and an Orange-crowned being the others.

Visiting other parts of the park would have probably yielded more species, but I didn't have the time.
