Hi to everybody from Ft Myers. I'm on the loose in the area till Fri. Stopped at Flamingo this afternoon. Lots of Blk-necked Stilts, both yellowlegs spp, least sandpiper and spotted sandpiper. Up to 4 Shiny (assuming each male had a gal)Cowbirds with a group of brown-headed cowbirds feeding on the marina lawns.
Lucky Hammock rocked- a fledgling barred owl entertained while we sorted thru plenty of warblers, chat was singing,a male rose-breasted grosbeak and female blue grosbeak. Black-whiskered Vireo seen here (am & pm) and along Gumbo Limbo Trail in the Park
