I think this is something that a group of us should discuss.
I , for one, would not join an organization that supports this type of "cat activity".
I wonder how many other animals ( rats, raccoons, squirrels, possums) the cat food attracts. Surely this is not good.
The problem still remains, the cats are stalking ( and probably killing) the migrant songbirds that come to the park.
