A Nashville Warbler would be an unusual sighting in Flamingo. In dense cover, the mosquitos there can be quite thick. Did you consider the possibility of a group of mosquitos formed into the shape of a Nashville Warbler? Several years ago, there was a steady pilgrimage of the devout after someone who claimed to see the biting bugs periodically swarming in the shape of the Holy Mother.
