I was at Green Cay & Wak a few weeks ago and there are plenty of accomodations for wheel chairs. You can take the chairs on the boardwalks since they are wide enough for both pedestrians and the chairs
When I went there for the first time, I ended up taking my scope instead of the camera because I thought everything would be far away. Big mistake!! Everything was so close, my camera would have been the best bet. I think the birds were used to people on the boardwalks and pretty much ignored our presence. This allows for those taking pictures to get some really good, close-up photos.
