Poor Gumby gets no respect. Last year, Reptiles Magazine ran a photo of Gumby with a caption saying that the toothless old croc would never survive without the inadvertent aid of fishermen who throw their fish cleaning scraps in the Buttonwood Canal. Well, I think we ought to offer a little more help, not less, to this Jurassic survivor - starting with the removal of the fishing lure and a meal of prime Redfish fillets.
