Gumby, the iconic, toothless American Crocodile that dwells in the vicinity of the Buttonwood Canal Plug at Flamingo has a new, shiny fishing lure embedded in its back.
It is a wonder how this courageous, handicapped reptile is even able make a living without any teeth and, now some slob has decided to injure the unfortunate creature and, add to its burden.
I reported the matter to ENP Law Enforcement. Hopefully the lure will pull out soon; before other half wits copy the idea and deliver similar cruelties to the crocs.
