Today at about 9:30 a.m., just after the cold front blew past, I had a possible 2nd year Glaucous Gull in Key West. It was standing amongst the Laughers and Royal Terns on what is properly called the Reynold Street Pier, but which everyone in town refers to as [Vice-President Cheney's first name] Dock. This on Higgs Beach near the Casa Marina.
I have some mediocre digiscoped photos if anyone wants to see them, and if I figure out how to post them on my website I will. They're doing construction on the pier, though probably not today, so not sure how long it will stick around. Brennan Mulrooney is on his way into town and is going to check out the pier.
