With two votes already for Western, I'm not sure how valuable my vote will be, but I concur with John and Brennan. The apparent white malar seems to be an artifact of the lighting and angle. Other photos show a pale gray breast rather than the dark gray breast shown by Cassin's. Brennan is correct that all the coverts should be broadly tipped buffy if the bird were a Cassin's. And I also agree that the white "streak" in the underside of the tail is one of the white outer rectrices that just happens to be a bit out of place when the bird was photographed.
