I'd do a "Big Loop" i.e. going east on S.R. 80 to Clewiston then south on CR835 --> CR833 --> CR846 --> S.R. 29 -->US Rte. 41 --> SR 997 --> US Rte 27 --> I-595 --> I-95 and then home. Along that route, you're most probably see Limpkin, Snail Kite, Crested Caracara, Sandhill Crane, Purple Gallinule (Everglades Holiday Park), Eastern Meadowlark, possible Burrowing Owl (CR 833), Monk Parakeet (Everglades Holiday Park), Northern Harrier, Bald Eagle, Peregrine Falcon, Western Kingbird (CR 835), Cassin's Kingbird (Deer Fence Canal on CR 835), Scissor-tailed Flycatcher (CR 835)and so many more birds. You'll have to leave early! Good luck.
