Yeah, they are on the mile boardwalk before you get to the first gazebo (that would be the boardwalk that runs closest to Hagen Ranch). There's a snag there that anhingas like to perch on. In the grassy area before the gazebo the parents have their young. They were right beside the boardwalk but today they were moved in the middle of a clump of pickerelweed.
