I was up at Okeeheelee Nature Preserve at 10am to 1pm today. The feeder in the back of the nature center had at one time 4 indigo buntings - male and later 3 male painted buntings as well as maybe 6 or 7 females. When I left to go back to the office at 1pm the staff just put out more seed. ONP is located in Palm Beach, on Forest Hill Road about 2 miles West of Jog Road and the park is next to the Florida Turnpike. Go on the Turnpike north to Lake Worth Road, east to Jog Road north on Jog to Forest Hill left (west) 2 miles to the park.
