A little patience and maybe a 200 mm lens and you are in the painted bunting picture business; Okeeheelee has them, still, but probably not for much longer. See Carol's pictures at ecoconet.net/everglades/ for what she got just sitting and waiting, for a while. But the wait isn't boring there is so much activity at the feeder and the antics of all the critters is quite entertaining.
