if it's a Giant Crab Spider of the family Selenopidae, it would have six eyes, all in a row. I can't quite see the eyes from the posted photo, but perhaps you can. I haven't seen any of these in South Fla., but Huntsman Giant Crab Spiders (Heteropoda sp.), which are very similar, show up pretty often down here, and are especially common in the Bahamas. Excellent find.
