Woodpeckers may come. Starlings are the most probable of the birds to come. If there are house sparrows around, they may come aswell. Some small species of parrots nest in cavities. Almost all the parrots around, including monk and white-winged parakeets, will not come. Budgerigars, common parakeets, will nest, but only if you have them in your area. There are almost no breeding pairs in Miami, and really the only population is on the west coast of Florida. I one time saw a budgerigar flock of 11 budgies near Hialeah not a long time ago, and maybe an unestablished flock may take residence if they are in you area. A friend in El Portal has 2 in his nestbox. Downy Woodpeckers are sometimes round, but not in large numbers. Miami has barely any cavity nesters, but starlings are your best bet. I would actually discourage them as they are woodpecker killers.
