Even though Brennan and I we seemed to come up short the last time that I agreed with him (the Black Point tanager), I'll again stick with his ID.

I'll even guess Black Vulture.

Keep in mind that Bald Eagles are great scavengers (and vultures are often road-kills), so the eagle didn't have to kill what it was carrying.
