The visitors from Wisconsin said they checked the Anhinga Trail in ENP and thought they saw an immature Black-bellied Whistling Duck there. There was someone else with a spotting scope that felt that was what they saw. This must have been last week. Has anyone seen this bird and would it be rare for here? Anyway, I told the visitors, who are now home in chilly Wisconsin, to check the TAS Birdboard and see if anyone has seen this duck. I think They sent us some of their weather!!
