I really doubt there was a Fulvous Whistling Duck here at GC. The staff member that told you this was going by what an "experienced" birder told him. It was not confirmed by the staff.
Today on my Green Cay Count I had 4 Lesser Scaup mixed in with the normal coots and blue-winged teal.
