The Sun-Sentinel had an article about Evergreen Cemetery Today. I have been going there for months since it is very convenient. I usually go from 9:30 to 11:30 since I have to pick my Daughter up from school nearby. I have seen most of the warblers there but never the spindalis or Bahamian Mockingbird. When were they last sighted there and where exactly? I have been there many times and have been the only person there. Some days I see very, very little at all. I have been watching this posting board for months even though it is Miami, and am very jealous of the areas you have down there. Like Barnes and Cutler, and Hammock something, everyone always seems to see a lot. It just is not convenient for me. If anyone knows of a board dedicated to Broward, I would love to know. Or if anyone knows any good spots for me I would love to know. Loxahatchee is a 50 mile round trip and so is Barnes. I am stuck in the middle and don't have as much time as say Angel and Mariel who seem to get to bird in a good spot every day. Now, the next time I go to Evergreen there will probably be a dozen cars there thanks to Today's article. Please, I need some good spots to monitor close to Commercial Blvd or reasonable distance.
