Need Help with Duck ID

Sorry for the bad picture, but the conditions sucked at the time ;)

In the middle of adult and immature BBWD, Mottled ducks and teal there is an odd duck that I need help with. The bill was very similar to a shoveler, long and orangeish, but also appeared to have a blue tone in the bad light (last weekend).
