Question: Spots for Limpkin, S-T Hawk, P.Bunting

I'll be visiting Key Largo next week on business, but I never go to Florida without trying to spot another lifer. Can anyone suggest the current best spots between greater Miami and Key Largo (Everglades included) to look for the following:

Limpkin
Short-tailed Hawk
Painted Bunting
