Thank you for clearing up the discrepancy. It was the only species that we had debated about, Mariel thought the bird was a common while I must have seen something different in the bird to lead me to change my first I.D. It did not call out as usual and it was quite high in the sky.
It was the last bird seen of the day and we were quite tired. We only caught a quick glimpse.
