Yep, that's an Ameiva. The Ameivas on Key Biscayne are probably escapes from the old zoo at Crandon Park. It closed down in the early '80s, but over the years, many of their reptiles escaped and started breeding on the key. Those Ameivas can be readily found all over Key Biscayne. I have seen lots of them on the grounds of the Sonesta hotel. The fact that they are presently tearing down that hotel may have driven the lizards south to Cape Florida, where I haven't seen them before.
