I would call that an immature Cooper's. Tail shape is one method of telling a Cooper's from a Sharp-shinned (rounded tip vs. square, respectively), but a more reliable method is head size. The Cooper's has a large head that stands out like a fist (as in your photo), whereas the Sharp-shinned has a smaller head that often is pulled back toward the shoulders.
