Need pointers on Hawk IDs please!

I thought I was getting better with Hawks, and IF they are calling or I get a good look at an adult in flight, I can usually tell a Red-shouldered from a Red-tailed, etc. But looking at the pictures posted on this board lately - I find that with Coopers and immatures, I am totally lost!

Who was this visitor to my yard - sitting maybe 20 feet away at dawn?

Any pointers on the immatures? Thanks!
