Swallowtailed kites were a no show on this breezy evening--probably on their way toSouth America--However I was treated to a cartwheeling display by three high flying juvenile cooper's hawks, who disappeared to the west at 7 15--Barnes is a mile away due west-so i assume it was our three friends from the park--displaying more flying acumen than their clumsy hopping about this morning would have suggested..
