I made a very brief stop there this morning on the way home from the vet.
On the gravel road portion of 217th ave, I stopped to look at the swallows hunting just above ground.
Then I noticed a bird sashay across the road about 20 feet in front of the car.
It stopped and then walked back and looked at the car.
Toe, I swear it was looking for you!!!
It then turned and joined three others right next to the road.
Of course, all I had with me was a Dog riding shotgun . No Camera.
No doubt about it tho-they were Uppie Sandie Pipies !!!
