Here is a picture of the same bird at a different angle, it just goes to show that you need more than one picture to I.D. a bird 100%. This is in fact a Tufted Duck, I feel that some day we could get one in Florida. The photo was taken about a week and a half ago in Marcanterrra Bird Park in North West France. The bird was diving often, the first photo shows the tuft stuck to the back of the head and not visible.
