You mean mullet don't become red fish when they bleed?
Thanks for the update. Frankly I don't like fish and in any case would never eat the head. It is interesting to see how they work their way down the fish by entering through the skull cavity. I looked under the tree and saw no remains so...do they eat the head bone?
