I don't think it's the same kingbird. I believe the first kingbird left town on a sour note. He became offended when there was talk about not accepting his identity until state and national committees approved it. I recall someone saying they heard the bird say "Committee? Committee? I don't need no stinkin' committee!" The bird then proceeded to take off and disappear into the vast blue skies, back to Cuba, presumably. I truly think this is a second bird and he's bound to also get upset if he hears any talk of that kind. My suggestion to all those who make a run for it this time around: just watch what you say around the bird. Remember, they have feelings to;)
