Bird eggs need to be turned very often ( as opposed to reptile eggs, which are NOT turned).
You may want to consult the Wildlife care Center in Ft Lauderdale, because I am sure the Red bellied woodies are protected, which means that you must be a wildlife rehabilitator to raise them . I know there are various methods for rearing a chick, but it is possible they become imprinted on you, like the crane people avoid.
