Anis, hawks at Heritage, possible Peregrine

I first saw this large group of anis 15 years ago, around the airport and the road leading to Derektors boatyard, I think they live in the Mahoe trees there. Saw 7 hawks at Heritage Park in Broward this AM, in just a few minutes. Pair of Swainsons, Sharp-Shinned, kestrels. What are the chances that this is a Peregrine on the cell tower on 39th St. between Davie Road and University, north side. Seen it up high 3 times, looks like one flying but no binocs with me.
