I am a visiting birder from Ca. On 23rd went to WPerimeter Rd. at about 5 pm,per Dec. 13th report. Saw two smooth billed anis on chain link fence at point in road directly in front of tower. They eventually flew across road into park on other side of WPerimeter. As I was leaving, several other birds flew on to fence with anis but I was driving away and could not tell if they were anis.
