Many of the dates you give are after the first week of April. There's a reason for that!
Marbled Godwit is present all year and is abundant in winter. Gull-billed Tern winters.
Was the Wilson's Warbler one that wintered at Barnes?
It was a slow winter. As for spring, we have yet to see. I think there were a bunch of migrant Palm Warblers present this morning (ie, they appeared in areas that had been abandoned by wintering birds).
