Folks,
let's not forget the importance of data! I subscribed to Ebird myself a little while back. Let's step out of the box and see the big picture. This is not just about one's personal quest or whether this person really saw this or not; outliers are present in every data set and are always questionable...big deal. Bottom line, Ebird is just one more way to get the "whole birdng community" involved, not just TAS or South FL, but the entire continent...and more! We are able to look at people's sightings from across the nation and enjoy (key word).
Believe me, Golden-crowned Kinglet sightings in A.D. Barnes WILL be scrutinized ;)
