Your empid sounds like a Least, the only species to be proven to occur in Florida during winter, except for an apparent {non-calling) Hammond's Flycatcher currently outside Orlando. Willows shouldn't show an eye-ring.
Your Rusty Blackbirds apparently were heard-only; could you have heard some other icterid instead? There has not been a report of Rusty Blackbird in the southern peninsula in more than 15 years.
