Thanks for the great trip! I have never experienced so may Lesser Black-backed Gulls in one place at one time, and was astounded - a state bird for me. The landfill will be a regular stop from now on.
Thanks, John, for the Euglossine Bee article. I have wondered how these little marvels had survived here, as I thought they weren't native.

My Burrowing Owl photos suffered from being TOO ClOSE as I neglected to increase my f-stop, and suffered from a lack of depth of field.

How do I post photos??
