Cave Swallow, definitely. They're now more or less permanent residents of the southern peninsula. As for which subspecies, it could have been either one, but I would think that the Mexican race is more likely, since there are no know breeding colonies (West Indian race) in Hendry County.
Cliffs are rare migrants with only a single verifiable record during winter.
