I would have to second (or third or fourth, where ever it may currently stand) that this bird is not out of the realm of a Blue-headed Vireo for pretty much the same ID points John Boyd covers. But, I would also throw in that a Cassin's Vireo would mostly likely have a very contrasting loral stripe in front of the eye, typically a darker slate color than the usually gray head. A Blue-headed Vireo tends to show a lores that are very similar in color and intensity to head color and don't tend to stand out.
Hopefully I am very wrong on this one!
