Alex, did you call Skip Snow? I am in Arkansas right now so I don't have the python hotline number with me, but you can google it. Skip Snow and Bobby Hill are two people ALL python sightings (dead or alive) or captures should be reported to. Once I get back to Miami, I can provide you, or anyone interested, their phone numbers. Like I said though, Skip's number can be found online.
Cool! That snake may or may not have been one of transmitter-implanted ones. I can forward you Skip's email showing the amazing long distances these snakes are traveling throughout the marsh, fortunately leading biologists to the whereabouts of other pythons. Happy Holidays and see you soon, hopefully in the walk Toe and I are leading this January 6.
