It's very hard to see the hummer in the picture. At a glance, could be a buff-bellied, but really need a "zoom in" picture of the bird. Do buff-bellieds like firebrush? I know they like the Chinese hat plant at Fairchild ( I now have 3 of these plants).
I am not an expert, but certainly intrigued. How about a better closeup?
