I have a contact with the GA Dept. of Natural Resources Nongame Wildlife and Endangered Species Division. He said the band is not theirs, but agrees that the band is probably a study band from Georgia. He is checking into studies at universities, etc. He said it's a longshot with so little information. If you get the digital photo, or any other information, let me know and I'll pass it on. Folks are so nice up there in Georgia!
