The spectacles was very distinct and adruptly cut off half-way around the eye with a thick white around backside of eye. Also, when he turned around so I could see his backside, the white streaking on the wings was very pronounced.
Would give it a positive, but mistaking that Northern Harrier for a Snail Kite the other day has shaken my confidence!
